For organizations seeking the benefit of LinkRight Tracker but preferring not to purchase the product, we offer a special service. For some organizations, the need to have continual information about usage may not be necessary. In other situations there may be a need to analyze usage for a specific product or products associated with a specific vendor, but not all products. In another situation, a spot analysis or audit might need to be performed to confirm facts, justify costs or identify usage/cost issues.

LinkRight's service offering allows analysis to be performed with the results formatted and returned in a professional format.

The Tracker service is priced in two ways:

• OnSite: LinkRight Consultants bring an analysis system onsite, collect the necessary data, and generate the analysis. Typical engagements are set for a duration of five days maximum. The consultants' time is included in the costs. All expenses are billed to the customer.

• Hosted: Your organization sends LinkRight the data files available. LinkRight loads the data into our analysis system and generates the analysis and return the results to the customer. In situations where desired, a conference call can be purchased in which a LinkRight expert explains the analysis to your organization.
